Registration Desks
All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. ICC2007 registration desks will be located in the SECC and will be open at the following times:
Sunday 24 June: 08.00hrs – 14.00hrs (Crowne Plaza Hotel)
Sunday 24 June: 14.00hrs – 19.00hrs
Monday 25 June: 07.30hrs – 18.00hrs
Tuesday 26 June: 07.30hrs – 18.00hrs
Wednesday 27 June: 07.30hrs – 18.00hrs
Thursday 28 June: 07.30hrs – 12.00hrs (Crowne Plaza Hotel)
Registration Fees
Members of IEEE and the following ComSoc Sister Societies may register at the member rate: AEIT, CCIS, CIC, CIE, CIEE, EZS, HTE, IEICE, IETE, KICS, LITKA, POPOV, REV,SBrT, SEE, SEEI, SR, VDE.
Registration fees are quoted in £(Pounds Sterling). Delegates should be aware that the payment of ALL fees is managed on behalf of ICC2007 by IEEE Conference Management Services and the precise amount debited will depend upon the international (£/$)exchange rate at the time of payment.
For activities that have limited spaces available, upon payment of the fee, registrants will be registered on a first-come first-served basis. For those for whom there are no places available at the time of registration will be put on a reserve list in case additional spaces become available at a later date. If no suitable places become available, the fee for that activity will be refunded.
IEEE/ComSoc Policy
IEEE/ComSoc policy states that all accepted ICC 2007 technical paper presenters must register at the FULL or LIMITED rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL or LIMITED registration is valid for a maximum of three papers.
Tutorials and Workshops
Tutorials and Workshops will be held if there is a sufficient number of registered participants. If a Tutorial or Workshop is cancelled, liability of IEEE ICC2007 is limited solely to the registration fee itself.
